Pokemon

That can't possibly be correct. There's gotta be some mistake there.

Random through:

I remembering the UB2 entrances, diving from the sky to the battle...

And thinking about the two new UB doing the same thing.......

The origami one will be frustrating! Something overpowerful going down, but then hit the ground... well, he is a small paper origame after all..

In the other side, the Hime one will be like a truck hitting the ground
(or not, because she are Flying)
and be really impressive...

Araquanid, the Water/Bug Spider with the new Water Bubble Ability, turns out to have an unstated function to its Ability. On top of making it resist Fire moves and have Burn immunity, it also doubles the Base Power of Water Moves. Liquidation (the new 85 Base Power Physical Water move), gets boosted to 170 BP, and that's before STAB. Despite this Pokemon's paltry base 70 Attack, it is going to hit like a Truck with Water moves. It even gets Entrainment for Doubles...

Source? I didn't think that ability had anything more to it other then the resistance and immunity. Not a Boost in power.

Man what the fuck
Incineroar already lame, and his Z-move isn't nearly as cinematic as the other two.
I mean yeah, wrestling ring, but it's so short compared to the other two.

That's because they took out a part of the move in the trailer.

Here's the full version:

I wish Decidueye's Z-Move or the Starters in general were more interactive with the Trainer Avatar like the Pikachu and Eevee Z-Moves where they are on your shoulder or head. But with Incineroar it'd be like a fist bump, Primarina would be bowing with Primarina, and Decidueye would be standing back to back looking at the opponent? I just expected something a little more with the Starters Z-moves instead of 2/3 the trainer points up with 2 hands at the sky as their interactiveness with their Partner in the Z-Move. Though if I had to rate the current ones from best to least in my opinion it would be Incineroar, Decidueye, Primarina. They are all nice but Primarina's is the least interesting for me even though its a Water Spirit Bomb

Wow Water Bubble being basically Water Adaptibility makes me reconsider Aquanid as a potential party member now.

Those Wingulls didn't deserve that.

I really don't like the pre-evo legendary, both because will be a pain to get another one to place in the "bank pokedex" and because they are a "Magicarp" for more then 50 levels...................

Lets hope someone finds that Blissey Base Level grind to 100 super fast place for S/M

Actually, something that alleviates that, but it's a bit spoilery.
You can get a second Cosmog in the post-game.

Thanks, @Agent York This is one spoiler I'm looking for!

Holy shit, Game Freak sure has a sick sense of dark humor when they want to...

The Pokedex in general is overall darker than previous gens. Have you seen the entries for the Mega Evolutions?

At last Magearna will be gived to everyone in NA region...

According to Did You Know Movies, the second Ash becomes a Pokemon Master, the show ends.
And we can't have that.
The animation on Sun and Moon is so crisp though, goddamn, I love it.

So yeah, for all you hopefuls believing Ash might win a Pokémon league, stop buying the games if you want that.

To me, Ash can win this league (Alola) as a new league. They can find another goal for hin or even he trying to will all leagues. Some can call him a "Champion for a easy new league", this piss him and he goes for another ones.

By the way, as a Breeder, Im really sad with all this "No breed" pokemon (especially with Type: Null... I really wait he got a "legendary clause" and come with 3 max IV) and because the bottles don't really ups the IV (I still need to go to my perfect IV pokemons with a "probably hacked" Ditto perfect...)

What do you mean the Bottle caps don't up the IV's? Don't they still get the IV stats from Hyper Training?

Hyper Training sets a flag that tells the game to calculate their stats as if they had max IVs, but their original IVs are preserved for the sake of Hidden Power and breeding. This means you can have a 6x31 with any Hidden Power, which is awesome. It also means you can't Hyper Train a Ditto and use that to pass 31s down, which might seem disappointing at first, but really, what do you even need breeding for anymore? It's almost entirely obsolete now, except for Egg Moves. If you do still need to breed something, you can then just go Hyper Train the offspring.

I figured a guess Hyper Training would act like Atk IV = 15+16 instead of Atk IV = 31 before. i was just trying to figure out the downside from Metafogos's statement. i agree I think its amazing considering all the Pokemon Comunity just needs to find the fastest 1 - 100 method to get to the Hyper Training Point (I haven't gotten to the Hyper Training stuff at all yet I am like on the 2nd island right now). Before Gen 7 I'd always shy away from OU Pokemon that required a Hidden Power ice for example cause after i researched the complicated and tedious process to get a desired HP I could see why everyone just genned Mons to take out that time consuming middle man. Now like you said I only need to find the initial HP, a right nature, and egg moves for breeding.

Except that the director said he can't win a league or the show ends.

and if he did win, that would put them in a corner with the champions league. I mean, did ANYBODY see Cynthia competing in other gyms in other pokemon leagues?

There is some points. You need to get the bottles (one silver for IV not maxed, or a gold one) and get level 100 with the pokemon. And if in the future something changes and you need make another one, all this again. To me, trying to make a perfect dex, maybe is more time consuming.

But there's pros: You can make a 5IV and bottle the other. You can max the legends or others no breedable, and max your initial pokemon to be the best. And the others @Burpinator said.

For me, only the pros make difference now... I still need to perfect all eggs, but now I can "perfect" the legends and my champions pokemons :D

(more pissed about another 12,5% female species who only the female evolves... the pain to make a perfect Vespiqueen still haunts me...)

I was trying to catch one of those suckers yesterday night. I got to the route tried for a few times then realised I saw alot of males then I fact checked that dumb gender ratio for a Female evolution. Poor males. Next gen we need a mon where the Female doesn't evolve and is useless :P

maybe is more time consuming.

All depends on how fast the quickest 1 - lv100 method in this gen is. I don't think it'll be as fast as the Blissy Bases but I'm hopeful it won't be toooo tedious. Then again it is Pokemon.

So, just asking here as a shot in the dark...does anyone know how to get to Seaward Cave on Route 3? Everything I find says to use Melemele Meadows, but that doesn't lead anywhere. The only ride Pokemon I have are (spoilered just in case)
Tauros, Lapras, Stoutland and Charizard

Maybe you need Sharpedo. If theres rock in the water path,, Sharpedo is the solution

I actually found it...In the meadows, near the bottom-left corner there's a hole that leads to the Seaward Cave and a bay. Thanks for the tip, though!
