The tournament is organized by Smokey

This will be our 4th casual tournament so all skill levels are welcome. We usually get a 10-13 people turn out.

If you're not in the Skullgirls Oceanic Steam group, you can check it out here (Don't be afraid to pop into the chat!)

PS: If you are participating, please try to be online by 6:30PM (AEST/GMT+10 Melbourne time) or slightly earlier, and please log onto the Skullgirls Oceanic Chat. Brackets will not be set until the tournament begins.

Someone should post up full results soon hopefully but for now the top 5 seems to be:

1. Age
2. Smokey
3. Dime_x
4. Ledd
5?. Arty blazy

I beat ledd 2-1, ledd beat arty, age destroyed me, smokey played very well and help from me dropping combos in terrible lag. Age beat smokey, who put age into losers, in the grand final 6-0 iirc. First age used Val/parasoul with lp shot assist to mix things up and give smokey a different look and then age switched it up again in the second set with peacock/ bellacopter

A good tournament overall, almost all of my matches were laggy as hell, but the winners deserved there wins and the losers (except in my case against age) generally did very well and made the matches close.

Australia sg is looking like its developing a strong community.

Good stuff to everyone that played especially smokey, age, ledd, Clarence Mage and arty as they all have been putting in many hours to this wonderful game we call mash upd.... Er... skullgirls :)

Just a suggestion, but when I was doing the AU Skullbats before the site went down, I had everything in the one thread with the next tournament's details and past results in the OP. That allowed me to make a more memorable permalink to the thread and not have to make a new thread each week.
