To follow along, turn on "Advanced" hitboxes in Training Mode.

Hitbox Types:
Green = Character's Hurtbox
Static Blue Box = Collision box
Diamond under objects = Reference Point

Red = move's attack box (attack boxes get spent when they hit something)
Yellow = Throw-Only Invulnerable
Teal = Hit-Only Invulnerable
Orange = Projectile-Only Invulnerable
White = Full Invulnerable

Hitbox Types for Blocking:
Teal = High block
Blue = Low Block
Magenta = All block

Ground Tech Sparks:
Blue = you can tech right away
Red = Opponent can hit you Off The Ground (OTG), but only once per combo (Can be regained if you use Outtake on a character with no teammates).
Green = Assist version of Red. Opponent can OTG you within 9 frames, otherwise you can tech.

Miscellaneous Sparks:
Counter-Hit Spark = Red flash when you get hit. You cannot tech throws whenever you can be counter-hit.
Recovery Spark = White Circle - Shows when you come out of hitstun after getting hit 3 or more times.

Special hit properties:
Stagger can be shaken out of, and is the only type of hitstun that you can throw. Can only do once per combo.
Crumple cannot be teched left or right. It's a forced knockdown.
Sliding knockdown is similar to moves that cause red bounce except if you don't OTG, then it becomes a forced knockdown and the opponent can't tech. If you used your OTG already, then the opponent can tech out.
Freeze is just an extended version of regular hitstun.
Groundbounce/Wallbounce can be done infinite amount of times and does what the term means.

Worldjem, I'm incredibly grateful for this guide. This really comes in handy. I've got a question.

Filia's throw, Bella's QCF Throw, and Peacock's sHK all put the character into a state where they are flying through the air, but they will not wallbounce if they collide with a wall.

Is there an official name for that kind of state / hit property?

Another example of this would be Filia's Updo.
It's just a regular knockdown. If you used your OTG earlier in the combo it will be blue tech like any knockdown.
