Yeah, as a Juri/Elena player, I'd like to see more of them. Juri and Elena are pretty cool (and pretty pretty... just sayin).

Of course, we need Q back in action. Perhaps with some re-balance to get him ready for the upcoming mechanics (ie, no parry). Seriously, he was top 10 in the worldwide poll to bring him back.

A Zui-Quan character (Drunken boxing for those who don't know).

No more get hit -> acquire meter mechanics. A super bar SF3 style was good.

Karin and Ingrid to get Japan to shut up.

R. Mika to get America to shut up.

El Fuerte in every sequel ever.

A Street Fighter 1 Character, preferably Eagle.

And for my never, ever going to happen request: Skullomania.

Yeah, I can agree with this. BUT, put some sort of new character mentioned above into it to help ease their chances into SFV
 
Oh yeah, and I also want Morrigan as a guest appearance.
They can just reuse her original sprite again, so it won't cost anything or anything.
 
If anything I would like it to bring back the parry system in 3rd strike.
Or have the -isms from the alpha series. But to be honest, I wish for this to.be the Last street fighter. I'm just done with the series and I get tired of hearing about new things about it. oh, and I want the story to be a little darker in tone. And they better bring back Birdie or Alex those little shits or I'm gonna give up.hope for capcom.

I want Charlie back I don't care if he's dead. Death doesn't mean jack in this series anyway. (Looking at you Gouken)

Speaking of things that most likely won't ever happen, I want something like the "SF2 Loss Screen" to return.

Well, not completed DLC anyway. I'll (probably?) be fine with it if it's along the lines of beta-Squigly or beta-Big Band where they have at most their animations/rigging done and they have absolutely no impact in terms of gameplay whatsoever if somehow hacked in (dummy out all the damage!)
Strange as it sounds, it's a cost-cutting measure that also benefits people with bandwidth caps once the compatibility patches come out for DLC.

Not saying I like it though, and people are still going to complain regardless. Just thought I'd toss that out.

As for what I'm expecting from a new SF game...hmm...
Can't really say what I'm expecting from a new one really. I'll want to like it, but the little cynic inside me always screams that it's gonna be terrible in a way I won't enjoy, and it has only failed once.

Speed up the game, make it more or less ST speed.

I mean, every time I hop on SF4 because my friends beg me to, I'm like "Holy fuck, I'm fighting underwater; I wished this game had a Turbo mode."

Also no Ultra nor comeback mechanics of any kind. Tighten up the input windows a bit, specially reversals. Make blockstun last as much as hitstun.

Oh and Kinu Nishimura as lead chara designer so I can have my Street Kawaii Waifu Fighter 5.
 
All shoryukens have skullo head properties. That would instantly make me not mad at shotos.
