Street Fighter V

Yeah he's definitely gonna have rekkas, and be a ninja-esc karate guy. Maybe some shades of Fei Long. There's rumors of him being revealed at TGS this weekend.
Hopefully! also I bet he's gonna be like fei long + guy

Honestly I kinda wonder how they'll update some of the older characters, when more get added down the line

Characters like Fei have always been "meat and potatoes" character with basic but distinct movesets, so I wonder what they'd give him and other characters like him as a V-Skill/Trigger

So this is a thing.

Does the upgrade have every character unlocked?
Trailer says all season 1 and 2 characters unlocked, yes.

Swood.

So, do I need to buy the upgrade for all of the DLC?

Or will the patch unlock all of these goodies?

I find new V-Triggers an odd choice over CAs, but I guess CAs are mostly just function anyway, V-Triggers are supposed to emphasize the character and their fighting style so not only does coming up with a different one for every character seem like a tough job but what do you do for characters like Karin who has her moveset locked behind her current V-Trigger or Necalli who is literally balanced around his current V-Trigger?

As far as I know they haven't answered this, I would be surprised if prior owners of SFV got the DLC characters free considering how hard that shafts people who supported the game, but who knows with Capcom. Maybe you'll get a ton of fight money or something, obviously you get the rest of the upgrade for free though.

I wouldn't be surprised if they gave S1 to everyone. Anyone who has those chars gets a bunch of fight money back. They old enough to either be put on a rotation or given for free by now.

I kind of want them to do a ConChairTo now.

This, plus the recent addons feel like what the game was supposed to be. This will be a new shot in the arm for the game, at least to me.

I don't care if Alex's 2nd V-trigger makes him the best character in the game or something

you can't separate a man from his parry

I can't wait to see balance changes + new Vtriggers

especially for Kolin, I love her vtrigger already but wanna see what some new stuff can bring to her character.

The new UI is horrifically terrible, and I've never had any interest in Rashid but now feel rather compelled to play him.

You mean the menu UI? Battle HUD looks fine to me but the menu does seem flat and very square.

>Joe not in MvC

so each character has six endings, basically?
that's pretty impressive, honestly

It really depends. If they will be the quality of UMvC3 endings for example... Then it's not impressive at all.

i'm expecting each ending to just be single illustration, with some just being unrelated artwork, but that's still 6 for each character
so it's still incentive to do each one

not like I like deep insight on what Abigail was up to circa street fighter 2 anyways

>SFV, 6 endings a character
>MvC, 0 endings a character

I think it's because of the little hair swirl

The hair swirl and the way the other part of the hair makes it look like DK's brow. Once you see it you can't unsee it.

I still don't see it. :V

Close enough

Because that's representative of his playable character model.
