So, since i had windows 10 , i had some framerate issue, and i discover that the "system and compressed memory" process is using most of my CPU when i'm launching Skullgirls.
I tried all of those methods:
but none of them worked.
(Also had a slowdown issue in the lobby menu)

Here my config just in case:

OS: Windows 10 64-bit (version 1511)
Ram: 4096 MB
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7800

(Skullgirls worked really well when i had windows 7 with the same config)

I mean...

Are you running other things that are taking up more total memory than you have? Some of these people pointed out the Facebook tab in Chrome was doing it. :^P

I always close my browser when i play game, but sadly, still got that "system and compressed memory" issue. :<

Tho, i found a "way" to get a smooth framerate:
-setting the SG process priority to high.

Only issue is you can't use any voice chat program without making it freeze.
