Through the dedication of Skullheart's very own RetroStation, Skullgirls will be a featured game at the Team St1ckbug tournament this weekend. Hosted in the quaint burg of Brooklyn, NY, the tourney is being attended by some of Skullgirls' most recognizable east coast players, including Icky, Zidiane, and mcpeanuts.

The action starts at 3pm EST, and a stream is set to go out via Arturo Sanchez of Team Spooky on http://www.twitch.tv/nycfurby.

I was hoping that SG would show up at TSB. Now gotta make it permanent! Come on EC guys show up and flock some new dudes while at it!

Can you make it there @Lethalmind ? Also while you're there show Josh the ropes if he's around. Show Art the lame of Doublecock etc. o/

I def plan on being there. Gonna try to make amends for those terrible performances I had in the past 2 tournaments I've been to.

iirc Josh isn't in NY anymore. Doesn't matter who's around though. I just want to body fools.

I'm going to try my best to come to this one. It'll be my first tournament if I do. Can't guarantee it, but things are looking up.

I would join them as a fellow MA player but being stuck with XBL SG has left me out of the loop.

Oh. Thats unlucky indeed. Kinda hard to find the right time to hold events when there's a major/convention every other week. Unfortunately something had to give :(

@Nap1400 vs @Zidiane : Carbonation Combat! FT5, loser has to chug the drink of the winner's choosing (probably ginger ale or root beer)

Man I'm so excited to play offline SG for once... and to tryout Pink Codpiece Justice offline in GG for once.

You got me. I hate colored sodas. Also for segregated sodas, I just can't stand it when I see someone at the soda machine mixing sodas from different taps. And soda floats are just disgusting (Don't get me started on that homodairy rainbow sherbert ice cream). God made sodas and ice cream to be enjoyed seperately, it's soda and ice cream, not soda and floats. God drinks his soda clear and ice creamless, saving that ice cream for where it belongs, at birthday parties.

As someone who's faced Zid online before, I can safely say that matchup would be heavily one-sided. And not in my favor.

Sorry bro, it's like carbonation in soda. Once the Combat is summoned, you aren't putting it back in unless you have access to the right chemicals and industrial equipment.
 
So just wondering if anyone lives near me around northeast jersey needs a ride I can drive in np. Gonna see if I can get there around noon-ish or earlier but if anyone needs a ride in I can help out (as long as you don't live out west near PA, I mean damn I'd offer but that's a little extreme)

Have not played this game since the summer but since il be there for ggac+r/to hang out il probably enter. My squiggly is probably ass by now but I'm sure I remember paradouble. Not gunna practice though
