That reminds me that Alex's old livejournals said Annie (her old concept of course) had some relation with a character named "goldylocks" or something else, like she fought alongside her.

Old livejournals probably don't count but we can still speculate.

Okay so according to this

there was supposed this character which was NOT Goldilocks who fought alongside Annie by the name of Silverwind, apparently searching for the Skullheart to restore her dying ranch.
Keep in mind that old livejournals had backgrounds which were very different from present character backgrounds, like Parasoul using Blacktree techniques and Annie originating from another planet(?), so take them in the right size as it is either not confirmed or noncanon.

Also I hate how the wiki uses nonconfirmed info for canon characters, like Umbrella using magic that is absent from the Skulliverse if I am right

I would imagine if it was as far as 2006 or 2004 it's most likely been scrapped by now.
 
Well duh, but scrapped or not it's still interesting info, I think it still has value.
