I want to make some songs, but I really hate sheet music. It all looks like gibberish to me. What am I supposed to do with all the songs I wanna play...? Skullgirls is about to make me learn sheet music, never thought I'd say that.

Kinda doesn't work due to how trumpet works. Shame you can't hold notes!
Now I'm interested in seeing Big Band duets for songs that sound too bare with a single trumpet.

Now what would impress me would be Usatei. No wait, scratch that.
What would impress me would be Night of Nights with Big Band. Live on Salty.

I want to use the Saxophone solo from Tom Scott's cover of Jefferson Airplane's Today (also used in Pete Rock's T.R.O.Y.) but I am having a very hard time finding accurate notation for it. I found this

and it's accurate until the A flat on the second line. I also found this sheet music but it doesn't appear to be accurate (though I am really bad at reading sheet music.) Does anyone here have a good enough ear to help me work out the second half of the solo?

Has anyone done the World 1-1 theme from Mario yet? That's almost a requirement for Youtube videos of anything that makes music (or a sound, really)
