Nah, its likely not possible to do rain the same way I did the sky. At least not until skullmod is capable of adding elements/animations to existing stages. Nightmare Maplecrest has two sky textures that alternate every time you load the stage. I didn't do anything to make it move, that's just what it looks like normally, a cloud texture moving over a static background.
