Use this thread to post random stuff that dont really fit within the subforums and is more universal/situational

For example, dont know if everyone knows this but if certain characters tech towards the corner in the corner after a knockdown they can be crossed up with dashing as they push themselves out of the corner slightly. I know this works on both Cerebella and Double, not sure about the rest of the cast. Useful if you know they tend to back tech. Also remember teching resets undizzy so it can sometimes be worth going for.

EDIT - This also works on Filia

If anyone has anything else they would like to share feel free!

This should be known by now to most people, but w/e:

Techable knockdown post-Undizzy or IPS trigger will cause opponents to burst when they try to groundtech (as long as you didn't use up your OTG yet)

Prettier version:
- Trigger IPS or Undizzy
- Do a move that allows the opponent to groundtech
- If they try to tech now, they burst instead

Here's an old vid of this that I made:

So in practice would you use this against people that are used to burst baits? Seems pretty cheap.
Also resets undizzy so good for that to

In practice, this
1) Is a Burstbait (classic Burstbait benefits; they can't mash or they die)
2) Is *GOING TO* catch people who don't know about it at least one time (cus they plan to tech and then get a Burst instead)
3) Forces the opponent to not tech which allows you to keep pressure on as it's essentially a hard knockdown

Usual Burstbaits:
- If they work: Opponent bursts, you punish him for it
- If they don't work: You have distanced yourself quite a bit from the opponent, so you're back at neutral pretty much

Untechable Burst Setup:
- If they work: Opponent bursts, you punish him for it
- If they don't work: The opponent is stuck lying on the ground and can't do anything, so you can go straight back in and pressure again - still holding the advantage
