I can't get past Lesson 1 in advanced techniques. I can't seem to get the s.MK > s.HP part of the sting at the end of the lesson. It seems that the target is always too low or if I wait for her to rise I hit her and she's invincible. Am I just hitting the button too fast?

If your s.HP is coming out as Parasoul is rising, then you're hitting the button too late. Also, if you delay the j.HK a little bit, it'll give you a little more time to OTG with c.LK and have less difficulty connecting the subsequent hits.
Make sure you're close enough to the opponent, too. If you're having trouble with the distance at midscreen, you can do the combo in the corner without having to worry about spacing.

I've been doing it in the corner, I just can't seem to get the timing. Do you know any videos where I could watch this? I can't find any up to date videos.
