Sorry, back to talking moaning about not getting the Compatibility DLC yet.
 
So I'm guessing we're not getting it until Wednesday. l:

i wouldnt count all your chickens before they hatch. just because it might be ready for wed doesnt mean it actually will be, as much as i want that to not be the case.

and i cant believe people are forgetting the worst part about vanilla SG, in that going to exit a match would take you back to the dashboard. i did that so many fucking times.

My apologies. This is what happens when I have to wait until Wednesday at the earliest for my friends to finally be able to upgrade to Encore. They have Xboxes and not PS3s or PCs that can run the game. Sure I bring my laptop to meetups, but Microsoft and Konami's stalling has really stifled my ability to build an SG scene up here. I really hope things work out on Wednesday.

When I saw the update being available on XBox Live I thought it would be a good time to join Skullheart. I am pretty excited for the game/update to finally come out on the 360. I hope MS will fix that DLC compatibility thing quickly, so I can get back into SG (Encore, that is). I can't imagine how stressful this must have been for the Lab Zero guys, but after all this you guys deserve a vacation or two.

Lab Zero don't know the definition of vacation, and I hid all the dictionaries just to be sure they never find out.

specific character color dlc? i thought only the "everyone" color pack was going to be available? (and going to be free, right?)

what in the world does it mean?

Regarding the individual character colors:
Games have to have a certain number of paid DLC things per ever free DLC thing. The specific character color packs will continue to exist so that we are able to offer the characters for free. Whee.
JUST BUY THE BUNDLE (whenever it exists again) IT WILL APPLY TO ALL FUTURE CHARACTERS ALSO!

Also yeah it looks like this is the correct compatibility pack this time...! So he's...out for XBox?
 
BTW, it's our intention to make the Character Color Bundle free for a month like we did with PSN, but MS said they needed four days notice and a business case to do that.

So just wait a bit and you'll be able to get it free.
 
Just downloaded the new compatibility pack and it now starts up as Encore, which is cool.

The Squigs and BB unlocks are not available as of yet, but it seems DLC is slowly appearing on the store one at a time so it seems its just a matter of time.

I downloaded it again and got the encore part as well. Sweet! This takes me back to when I first bought it on Xbox.

According to MS, everything should be available in all regions by 12:00 PST tomorrow.

Its here... we finally get Squigly and Big Band. Been waiting with everyone else who remained on the '360 (since release), either unable or unwilling to change to the PC or PS3. To stand tall with my fellow players in patience for the promised day, too join the rest of the community once again. That time is NOW...
