WEEK OF! SKULLGIRLS

Damn! things went too far... i'm sorry for what i've posted, didn't wanted to make people bash MegaManDS. What i've told about the "teaching" stuff was because he seems to lose some fundamentals in his explanations, and be a tad too "definitive" in his statements.

I have no idea if Max actually watched the tutorials, but while he learned some good combos and stuff, he didn't seem aware of the tools each character had, like the egret call/dive or using parasoul's zoning tools.


Then again, different people have different mindsets. I always believed that information is the strongest weapon you can have in almost any game (yeah, i'm the kind of guy that do the tutorial and read the manual even in easy games like pokémon or final fantasy)

Hey man, if this old friend you knew from way back when was playing a game you had some interest in, would you not ask him to show you how to play said game?

Granted MMDS isn't the best teacher, but between him and ten random strangers from Salty Cupcakes, who else is Max gonna call on to help him learn this game?

I like Max except when he plays games I like. He's not allowed to do that.

I might be in one of these because I ended up facing Max on Sunday night. Only reason why I'm even watching the videos, I usually don't pay attention to Max's "week of" anything

I read this as "The week of please help me!" which seems to be going that way since Max wants MMDS to get revenge on everyone who keeps beating him.

Haha, that's exactly what happened to me. I faced Max, then MegamanDs shortly afterwards. I wouldn't have beat MMDS under normal circumstances, but I also happened to be playing Bella who I've been playing since like Friday.

Nah, Bella/Para. I don't think I even switched to Parasoul at any point against Max, and I got double snapped against MMDS and my Parasoul died without doing anything. Which sucks since I've been only a Parasoul player for the past 3 months hahaha

I mean in all honesty, in these Maximilian videos he's not even half as bad as he usually is...so I feel like you didn't even know who he was before this thread haha

it doesn't help that he comes off as a nice guy when he's doing they eightysixed stuff either.....
 
I'm a little disappointed that Max didn't play on this part. MMDS needs to quit hogging the game. Hopefully, part 5 has Max playing again.

The point of "Week Of Skullgirls" is for Max to play the game, find his own characters, and test his skills out against other players to see where he stands at.

I wish he had a good teacher. And he should play Val+Double+Filia imo, its a kinda similar playstyle to his Marvel 3 team.

I'll gladly reply to all the criticism I am getting but I don't think that this is the place to do it in. I don't think we should be cluttering up Max's youtube wall on this vid for all the hate on me. You can make a thread or shoot me a message.

I want to thank Max for letting me come down and film again. Next time, we can make a positive vid and keep the money match out of it I guess because it does bring same salt out of me as you can see. lol"

Mike just destroyed Megaman DS with Solo Peacock on stream. God that was beautiful.
Unfortunately the Peacock rampage didn't last much longer, but it was awesome at first.

It was awesome, but his Cerebella onslaught made me shed a tear.
 
Ya Mikes Solocock needs work (not like I can say I'm any better) but ya seeing MMDS and Mike go at it and MMDS generally getting blown up by Mike solo was pretty great. -on a side note I wounder what DJAzure's adventures in Cookie Clicker will go-
 
The Solobella matches were amazing. That and the whole making MMDS admit that solo's are viable was fantastic as well.
