The colors and their placement here aren't 100% identical, but the general color composition and theme in #10 always reminded me of Gogo Dodo from Tiny Toon Adventures.

Well, it was never confirmed by Lab Zero as far as I know, in which case it's always a bit of a headcanon, no matter how well the palette matches the potential reference.
