Zeddy Beatdown! Saturdays at 8PM EST

For those who don't know, I'm now a part of team KPB, so I'm going to be trying to set up a stream on their twitch.

As far as the stream itself, it's on a set schedule from 8-12, so 4 hours. The content will be focused on SG for the first 2 or 3 hours, and the back half will be spent playing older fighting games like JoJo's or SF2 or whatever people wanna see me play/play with me. I would like to hold sets, instead of random lobby or quick match play, so if anyone would like to appear on stream just post bellow and we can get you in there. Also not opposed to hosting matches, or simply watching others play sets, so if you want to be on stream for any reason just lmk.

I would like to have a co-host as well. If not a regular commentator then simply whoever is around and wants to. I'm also thinking about potentially getting guest hosts for the other games I play. I could go find a JoJo's vet to come in and help teach me about that game and play some sets with me.

That's it, for now. I'm new to streaming so I don't have everything planned out, but I would like to set up something fun for everyone. Again, though, I'm new to this, so if you have any thoughts on how I could improve the experience or presentation or content of the stream, don't be shy about letting me know.

First stream is scheduled to go down this Saturday. In the mean time I'll try and familiarize myself streaming in general with some one off streams here and there.

Also, think I'll spend the next week learning a new game. Games on the list to learn include: Sailor Moon Super S, Soul Calibur 2, Fatal Fury, Samurai Showdown, Street Fighter Alpha, and TMNT Tournament Fighters. If anyone wants to see me learn a specific game, or one not on the list, I'm not opposed to that.

We had a test stream last night. It was FANTASTIC. A layout was actually forged to make an arcade game style game out of earning Battle Butt points. It was SUPER fun. I'm NOT biased. Come check out the archive, or just wait till next stream. There might be another practice stream tonight, but it'll definitely be up and running in full force by Sat if you just want to wait.

I probably won't be able to make the sg part but I'd definitely be down to play some heritage. I don't really have people to play that with.

So, basically, the stream turned from "general/generic sg stream" to "arcade style butt-em-up". It all came from me wanting a points counter. Anyway, thinking about rules for the game.

1. Start with 3 extra lives, with the last life being 0 (so I have to die 4 times).
2. Losing a game eats a life.
3. 100,000 points earns a 1-UP
4. 10,000 points in a single match earns a 1-UP.
5. Every 2,000 after getting 10,000 in one match earns a 1-UP, like jumping on consecutive enemies in Mario.

That's pretty much all I have now. They sound good?

Also, still interested in playing other games. It's probably not gonna be all battle butt now. Probably.
