Nah, import would work fine. A region "X" game will run fine on a region "Y" PS4, whether digital or physical, and there's only a problem with DLC if its region doesn't match the game's. (E.g. "importing" a Japanese digital PS4 game would work, but DLC made for the European version of the game...
