    I meant to say also that even if I make it 1280 x 720 I still get black bars.

    The image should fill the entire screen as long as you are in 16:9. Eg 1280 x 720 on Windows 8.1 runs full screen.

    I get black bars on top and bottom of the game. Resolution set at 1280 x 800 (Retina 2560 x 1600) Even when set to 1280 x 720 No resolution gets fullscreen. If I install and run game on bootcamp I can set to 1280 x 720 and I don't get black bars. I think resolution detection is stuffed on OSX?
