    I didn't know hitstop covered multiple frames of startup but I think I get the whole hitstop mechanic now. Thanks for clearing that up.

    Why is it that SSJ has 2 frames of "true" startup when the in-game frame data counts it as 8? I saw that in training I can set Big Band to reversal SSJ and anything -3 or below I get punished.
