    PC: Backgrounds Not Loading Correctly

    So I dunno how else to explain this without a screen capture. But the Backgrounds on all stages are glitched for my PC. The backgrounds themselves look scrambled, NPC's glithched and floating where they shouldn't. Weirdest thing is it's not effecting gameplay at all. Edit: Got screen grabs...
