    Pressing select doesn't allow dummy record, but can still create a save state. This happens even when it's set to Both.

Region 1 is almost empty but gets the best ping , region 2 has some people playing and gets good ping, and region 3 has a lot of players but is somewhat farther away but still gets ok ping.
