Not a fan of harder difficulties

I didn't intend to state that there is a Citizen Kane equivalent. The mediums are far too different for that to be a possibility anyway. Sorry for joining in on the conversation late and being the 'embarrassment' though.

Not a fan of harder difficulties

This is what I had issue with, if you're saying that isn't what you meant then so be it, I'm not embarrassing myself here, nor am I trying to push buttons.

Not a fan of harder difficulties

I just have issue with people claiming today's games are better, because 'they're better'. It is kind of an insult to some great classics, sort of like saying Citizen Kane just doesn't stand up to current film. Which is kind of what Denizen said a few pages back. I would be upset if my sundae...

And none of them would be what they are with out their gameplay aspect. Remove that and you destroy what they are, regardless of what else was put on top of it. Audiosurf is gameplay that adapts to music you put on top of it, it wouldn't be what it is with out the gameplay, not the other way...

Denizen you seem to be taking this way too directly. But the reality is, if the interactivity is unimportant, then why make it a video game in the first place? If interactivity is important, and just not the most important, then shouldn't the interactivity still be good on its own? You're on a...

    Beginner questions regarding strategy

    I'm not sure what you're piano'ing, unless you're playing with a keyboard/hitbox.

Mugen isn't really a game, it is more of an engine. People just saw it and said "Why not take all these characters and make a ridiculous cross over". There have been people who made decent fighting games out of the engine, there was a weird card based one with original sprites and all that jazz.

    Beginner questions regarding strategy

Hopefully it works out for you. If there were no 2 punch dashes in the game then I would suggest Money's input as well but to be honest 2 button dash is much more reliable, and if you're using a pad it is even easier with a macro set for it.

    Beginner questions regarding strategy

Are you manually dashing, or 2 punch dashing? The game has leniency so if you jump, then hit 2 punches for a dash you will air dash at the first possible frame you are allowed to. And I would rarely blame the controller, the only thing I see pads having an issue with are holding commands...

    Toonami Thread

I was actually getting into Bleach, but then the fillers came back. One Piece is on fillers too so. . . And lets avoid talking about Naruto. The rest of the line up is fun though for sure, even Inuyasha strikes an old nostalgia chord with me although I rarely stay up that late anymore.

    Divekick

It feels like one of those games where it is mostly benign but people claim it to be a "you just don't get it".

I guess now is as good a time as any to finally put myself on this list.
