What I do for now is just turn it off completely whenever I want to play Skullgirls. Unfortunately, there is no way to add exceptions to McAffe. I did however report the file as a non-threat to the McAffe website; I doubt that will accomplish much. Basically, McAffe sucks.

Unfortunately, I just got a new PC and McAffe is what it came with. Obviously when the service runs out I won't be renewing it, but for now it sucks that I can't play Skullgirls. Maybe the next patch will fix this?

I'm having this same issue. I found that it's caused by my McAffee anti-virus software. I shut down the automatic detect for a few minutes and reinstalled Skullgirls. The game worked fine; however, when I turned back on the auto detect, the game wouldn't run and the needed file was quarantined...

I backed this right away. I'm a huge fan of the Kunio-Kun series; I still play my NES copies. The sprite animation in this project looks amazing.
