I became Lord of The Flies today with Forever Alone, Halo of Flies, and Infestation. The last one with huge health bonuses, Soul Hearts, and Prayer Card made the game a cake walk. I didn't even realize I made it all the way to Mom until the game told me.

I agree that it's going in a somewhat weird direction with the girl characters. The "sweet looking boys" are not a new addition, imo. Just look at Kogami and Makishima from the first season. On the note of Psycho Pass, thus far, one thing that kind of bugs me is that the writers made this cliche...

You know what would be funny? If the crown on Double's head was a giant remote control antenna for Lamia. The thought of Lamia removing her own crown, bending and adjusting the crown to fit Double's head, then giving up on making it look really ornate, saying, "Screw perfectionism, this'll do"...

Digging up this old thread for relevance, seeing that at least one new trailer has come out: I'm still wondering why there's the plural "Hills" in Silent Hills. Are we going to be playing through different towns with the same creepy vibe throughout the course of the game?

Has anyone here read Osamu Tezuka's manga MW? It's about a manipulative banker and a former-gangster-turned-priest who are trying to uncover the mystery behind a deadly gas leak caused by the government several years prior. It's quite interesting drama.

I prefer beer to wine and liquors/most mixed drinks, and it tends to be mostly Guinness and Blue Moon. When celebrating with Asian folks, though, I'll happily down some sake or baijiu, as long as it tastes good. I especially favor good sake because there's no hangover afterwards.

Having just watched it, outside of some of the special effects, it has aged pretty well, mostly because it appeals to the fear of losing one's child to unknown forces. There's terror present after about a third of the way through the movie, although I think the last 20 minutes or so of the movie...

I read Yugi-mans. I got back into it after like 10 years. The game has changed a fuckton, but I agree it's still fun. The anime is still as lampoon-able as the original, though.
