arcade stick button modding help

i have a arcade stick that ill like to mod the only problem is i think the arcade stuck buttons would block out the arcade stick art are there buttons that can merge with the image (this is hard to explain) buttons that can match the image

Aren't you supposed to cut the holes for the buttons?
