Beowulf can do Alpha Clinch or Wulf shoot and grab more than one opponent, for example, one character calls for an assist and Beowulf times the grab. It will hit both characters in one grab, but the assisted character takes greatly reduced damage.

It's intended AFAIK. It doesn't grab both characters but the idea of hitting both characters using the chain grab system is intended. Was in a Salty update too.
