Since you still apparently still can't figure out this simple thing, I'm gonna try to make the explanation as simple as I can:
1) Download Skullmod here https://skullheart.com/threads/latest-skullmod-build-0-7-2.11690/
2) Follow a guide on how to edit stages such as https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=329234833
3) Locate the files for the stage NPCs you wish to replace and make the necessary changes, then pack the files and put them in your game folder
If you've made your own mod feel free to share it or post a guide for it, but don't make any more posts begging people to do it for you.
