Character Resolution Problem?

I've noticed a small visual problem, i'm not sure whether it's a bug or anything, but the character sprite's seem mess up abit at 1080p resolution, i doesn't come up on 720p? It's a minor problem, i think a screenshot can help explain this... (Displayed at 1080p 60HZ on a 1080p monitor) Has anyone else been experiencing this?

It might be because sprites are upscaled from 720p? I dunno how exactly that works, but I know the game does that.
