Dummy can't call assist on reversal while holding back

This is pretty minor, but I don't really understand what's going on.

 
Its been that way forever. Theres a couple of tiny things like that. theres the double p ushblock on certain moves, which can be recreated in real matches actually, theres something weird about setting the dummy to pushback moves like valentines standing and crouching mp's, theres the thing where if you have the dummy set to repeat an action and then kill them at 1 pixel or something they do the action after the match is over, theres of course the really annoying double jump thing with no option to set whether or not the opponent double jumps. Theres other stuff, but that's all I remember atm.
