Steam - Windows Game Crash: Val Green Vial

I was playing the PC version online with a friend via a lobby. This was regular Skullgirls, not beta.

I managed to make both of our games crash by using Val's green vial, launching my friend with c.hp, and then hitting him with the dive of horus assist.

:^S It might be an unrelated crash but in case it isn't...
Can you provide more details? Like who they were, what level of vial, what the timing on the hits was, whether they were mashing (and what they were mashing)...and since you know the timing yourself maybe see if it's possible to recreate the crash in training mode?
