This is specific to the training dummy, since I am able to tech roll after any finisher that isn't untechable as normal. I could not find any other instances of such a bug with other characters, so this makes me think it's specific to this situation alone but I could be wrong. Only happens if you do OTG c.MK into the finishers in any way (through headbutt or knee or raw). Initially I thought this was specific to Grendel Killa but after testing (which happened after making the video, sorry) it seems to happen with all finishers.
