Glas you liked them. Are you asking me to make more, or just expressing your gratitude for palettes past? Also, you should check the Scythana ones, those are my babies.
 
Give me a Feng template and I'll have at it. Can't think of any colors for Aeon, though.

How could Aeon not have a palette for Time-Man (Mega Man Powered Up)? It's one of the extended Mega Man palette ideas I had, but didn't post earlier because I couldn't think of any for Umbrella or Black Dahlia (Which is okay...not everyone has to have a Robot Master counterpart).

I'll take care of that if they have a template made for them; unfortunately, I lack the artifice to make it myself.

Short answer: No, fanmade palettes have no entitlement to be put in the game.

Long answer: Fanmade palettes are not going to be included in the game because making a palette swap takes some degree of time, effort, and money, which Lab Zero has far better things to spend on than palette swaps. Back during the Indiegogo campaign, people that donated $400 or more could have any one character palette they wanted added to the game (Which is how we got palettes like Fionna Filia and Double Rainbow Double), but those days have gone by, so there's really no way to get fanmade palettes in the game.

However, I could be wrong about this, but I remember hearing once that Lab Zero does look at this thread for palette ideas on upcoming characters (e.g., if you made an Eliza palette now, they might look at it and consider it).

We still make palettes because we like to see how [x colors] would work on [y character], or because we feel like a [z character] palette would be a clever reference for [y character] to have.

Nice, though I do find the rainbow pattern for her hair difficult to place on Eliza since there's really not a lot of underside to her hair to use for it. But I still think a Ragyou palette would be amazing to see, and I dunno how much I dig the weird bikini style midriff thing going on there, if it was intentional I mean.
