My headcanon is that the title of "Cerebella" actually has a legacy. The Cerebella we know and love wasn't the only one. Was there an official place where it said that it is only the Cerebella we know and love who is able to use Vice-Versa? Though I do see your point about it being more OC...

Blood sausage begs to disagree... Where in Skullgirls Mobile does it say that Ms. Fortune already had white hair prior to swallowing the Life Gem? And I would argue that Skullgirls Mobile isn't exactly canon... they should really mention that in the core game if it's canon... (shrug)
