If you are using BootCamp you will need a windows CD key. When you have that you can search "bootcamp" in your Mac search and it should pop up EDIT: yeah you should be able to still buy a CD key for windows 7

I just use bootcamp and my copy of Windows 7. Be sure to get drivers and all that on a flash drive before you install it through bootcamp. Bootcamp is really good at telling you what to do step by step.

I would go with AVG over Adaware, its what a lot of people at my work use on their laptops and it seems to work well.

I have windows on my Mac and all i have installed is Microsoft Security Essentials, i have never have any problems
