I checked last night to see if it worked in SDE, it's there. Window is seemingly the same. Neat that it's not documented though. I wonder if it'll actually change anything. too bad solo characters have no access to avoiding burst baits in such a way though. :(

5MK is larger and locks down in more situations, although it does lock down for less frames so if you really need all those frames 2MP is still the way to go.

I couldn't find any documentation on this, but bursts put you in a guard state where you can tag for free. worked this way in console, and still works this way. Rules of the mechanic ; 1) IPS burst (red) costs no meter to do the alpha counter. Mr X confirmed that this is untrue. Later testing...
