    Is the Console ver. of SG:E slower than the PC version?

    I haven't noticed anything in particular, although i have a friend who is telling me there are desyncs in the win poses and it doesnt run at 60fps. I must mention he has been viewing net play though. He says its due to the PS3's V-sync feature is on at all times, has anyone else noticed anything...
