I don't like how most of the time the gameplay for all characters is "get most kills" or "use ult at most appropiate time to get potg", which potg it's usually awarded to the guy who killed most players in the least ammount of time (see mccree ult and bastion) or had Mercy use her ult, and makes people who get potg look like they carried the whole team or something, which is untrue most of the time.

In the end a match looks like "kill people even if you're support and wait for ult to charge and win the game", which is fucking silly. Therefore, OW is overrated imo.

Hehe, I don't know how to address the gameplay criticisms but it seems like a solid old school shooter, also, they are adding new maps continuously and who needs mod support when the devs don't seem to need any help developing their own game?

In TF2 there's a solid map making community that churns out great maps, whenever Volvo can add them or not. It's more a sign of love and wanting to expand gameplay.
Mods are a different thing, in which stuff like ZF and vsSaxtonHale completely change the game and can be extremely fun at times. It's a wonderful part of communities that greatly benefits any game.

How much did that new map, Ana and Sombra take to be made? They look great, but how will future content take, and will it be as good? Modding and map making isn't "helping the dev making the game" (although it would help given OW abysmal content:cost value on launch) but more "giving players more options".

The attitude Blizzard is taking looks to me a bit on the "we would like you to have more variety, but we're not going to let you make some: we're just going to take some stuff from other games and add a little of something original, hopefully"
