Oh ok I see it now. Its only visible if you fullscreen it but the meter does drop a little bit. If it werent for that meter loss that combo could probably build a single bar at the very last second. This wouldnt be the first time that hit stun managed to fuck up something following it. Not sure...

She does 1 emerging, and then a second when opening the casket. The third was the dummy getting hit by the other side of the casket which i though was really odd, and normally doesnt even happen. I think its a slightly weird positioning quirk

I dont really know why youd want to look for a mugen community. Its a REALLY fun/funny game to watch. But absolutely terrible when you actually play it
