You got most of it right, you're on your way to becoming great artist mate. Just little bit more research and practice on proportions and hands, you could improve whole lot better. Keep drawing!

You really should work on your proportion. They are REALLY off. Even with your "unrealistic" style, it really doesn't look good in the eye. You really should study more in to how body structure works. If you want to draw a person, learning how body work is first step you have to take. Anyway...
