Your game isn't something that will be consistent. Especially at a low level it'll seemingly fluctuate. When you feel like this drop the game and come back later or chill out in the training room. Online can be very frustrating and fighting games themselves are quite taxing.

The one you find most interesting as a first character will be the one you build your team around eventually making your best first character your bestest first character. All the more motivating.
