I can't remember what files said it in Shadow Lords, but Hisako finds the katana and holds onto it so she can give it to the person who will use it.

So you can face Kilgore in Player vs CPU, you can watch him in CPU vs CPu and you can train against him in Training (but you cannot set a player to play as the dummy). He's cool. and his theme is rad.
