I've only ever done it with axe and as long as you block kitty swipes and stomps it isn't really too hard. You can take the bites if you can't react block them, the little damage is better than losing meter, you should be able to level 3 heal with Razmi constantly.

Remikz already said it, but you can only do this at the very start of it, so if you were using it as a counterpoke or as a long range confirm, it wouldn't connect.

MikeZ said the pacifist skip is pixel perfect while the non-pacifist skip isn't. To me this implies you can get past the boss and avoid the kick with a pixel perfect wall jump over him and there is another way to avoid the boss using normal enemies.

Go read through the last few posts again @Kit Ballard , Mike confirmed pacifist is pixel perfect but there is also a non pacifist way of doing it. Being pixel perfect completely kills my interest in it, though.
