    Only thing I think you're missing is the con to resets being that you allow them a chance to reversal > DHC > reset the neutral game.     Squigly's j.hp is out for like what 1-2 seconds there is no way a Painwheel player can beat it air to air and Squigly should just use j.hk is PW is on the ground. Don't know much about the match up but on paper it looks like Squigly has an advantage even if its just a small one.

    Easiest Filia burst bait is jump back hp. You don't need to do anything excepted use j.hp in your combo beforehand just jump back and hp and if they don't burst you can still dash forwards for some pressure just watch out for an air reversal.
