This only started occurring after the big "discord clone" update, and only occurs on steam games, and only with the HRAP4. Just checked with another stick (Madcatz PS3), and the inputs work fine. HRAP4 doesn't have input issues in other areas like the input test or emulators like fba.

An interview last year in May or so had them flat out saying they were unsure about further seasons, we only got Season 3 because it was stocked with terrible crossover characters. Unless PC release proves to be a good boost to the playerbase I doubt Season 4 will happen.

When I was playing casuals with SkeletalMinion at CEOtaku I was amazed by how it felt like I couldn't do /anything/ as Justice when in the corner. It's like they put all their energy nerfing the character into tourney legal status but then gave up halfway into making her a decent character.
