It appears to that Sister Agatha's "birthday" will fall upon Mother's Day every year, independent of the numerical date. We can only guess the exact significance of this.

I am sorry. My brain equates voice lines uploaded to youtube possibly spoiling the last character to social media and the (over) analysis thereof. I mean, I would think that interpreting the intent of the developers in adding those lines would be true to the nature of the thread.
