A CPU knows exactly when they can grab. They will do it.

I'm fairly new to the SF community and have found that CPU characters with high defence are pretty tough to crack without being somewhat cheap. However, my advice for fighting Zangief for example, is to jump in jhk and then either chk or backstep twice to avoid his grab. I'm not too familiar...
