Err I took the arts from another chart I saw on internet and reorganized. Though I remember managing to make one from Ren some time ago by taking the model sheet from one stream and fiddling with Photoshop a bit (before L0 posted the model sheet in his update later)

Made a chart of what we've got so far! Tried to have everyone fit the place they had on the picture but then Antoine came so I kust put him on last and then the Backer Incarnations next. I also didn't include the crossover characters like Shantae since they won't be part of the main roster...

Talking of NPCs, I hope we get to see that cool blacksmith lady in the game. And I am fine with guys like Kogi or Kaldi turning out to be NPCs... I mean, as long as they get a place in the game it's good for me.
