Gave @Zidiane $10 for rent after going 0 - 2 in my first Skullgirls tournament two weeks after picking the game up :) It's all about supporting the community and learning. I swear I get 10% better every time I go to a local event.

I'd advise you to go to GU rather than GameKing, since it's MUCH closer and bigger... I like the FFFN because it's 15 minutes away and a good time, but it's nothing serious.

As someone who falls for Icky's resets constantly, I can attest to them being much more effective than super long combos... even though he has those as well.

Hi guys. I'm pretty much butt at the game, but want to support the New England FGC as much as I can.

I was thinking that I need to play games with shorter combos, but I also don't think SG needs to necessarily appeal to everyone. I enjoy doing stupid crap with certain characters, but if I want more footsies I can just play street fighter.

I need to practice... and school doesn't give me enough time to practice... my best option is making to as many local sessions as possible before wasting my time in tournaments.

I don't know... Icky. I might go and just pay the $10 to sit around and watch, but besides that, idk. I most definitely will not enter the tournament.
