I haven't used it myself, but the Hori Fighting Commander 4 seems fairly popular right now. Works on PC/PS3/PS4. You can order it from Hori's website or Amazon. Edit: I decided to get myself a Hori FC4 recently, and I love it. The D-Pad is amazing. Works fine on the PC versions of Yatagarasu...
