I dunno, I see more similarities tying it to Big the Cat. The big one for me is the shoes. They both are purple with the yellow-line pattern. I'd rather it be the Duck, but I see too many similarities.

As an assist that doesn't matter. It was indeed strike invincible, and you can't throw an assist, so they are effectively invincible as an assist, which is what you suggest using it as. And after some quick testing in the new build, the first hitbox for mp AND lp beat extend have longer...

I have been using Big Band beat extend hp for a while now, and match experience says otherwise. It was strike invincible until the first active frame as well, but the first active hitbox has pitiful range and it's really slow. I also found it to lose to a lot of things I thought it shouldn't...

Lots of Marth, since his poke range is so good. And a lot of foxes if he hasn't changed much. Maybe some keepaway Megamans, and maybe like ONE person who can play Rosalina exceptionally well, kind of like Wobbles and Ice Climbers. My guesses anyway.

I couldn't read it for even half of the first chapter. It was very awkward to read. That being said, I honestly don't know WHY it's popular, you'd think more people would be done with the self-insert stories.

I think he's pretty special. The game was kind of endearing, and he's a very endearing character. He has weapons and fighting experience too. And with the new game out, I don't think its too much to say he's at least a contender.
